Check-in – Check-out

• On the arriving day, rooms are available from 4 PM. On the departure day, check-out is
• at 10 AM. A luggage room is at your disposal. We kindly ask our guests to pay the balance of their stay the evening before their departure.

Sales Policy

• Cancellation policy:The cancellation policy for each rate is available by clicking on “View details and all prices” of the rate you are interested in at the “Choose a room” stage of the booking tunnel. You will then be reminded of the cancellation conditions in the booking confirmation email.
• Special COVID condition: Whatever the rate booked, all your reservations are refundable until the day before your stay for the following reasons (decision of the French government or the client, preventing you from going to the hotel)
  • Confinement of the client’s region of origin or destination
  • Quarantine on arrival in France imposed by the French government
  • Closure of the border between the customer’s country of origin and France
  • Closure of the ski are

All bookings become effective after payment of a deposit of 30% of the stay or the totality of the stay for all non-cancellable and non-refundable offers. The balance will be taken 14 days before arrival.

If a deposit has been paid, it will be deducted from the total bill if the stay has been fully completed (Article 1590 of the Civil Code).

Meals not taken during the stay will not be deducted but charged as indicated in the booking.

Non-cancellable, non-refundable offers must be paid for at the time of booking and cannot be changed or refunded.
