Booking

A deposit of 30% of the cost of the stay is required on confirmation of booking and is deducted from the final bill (Art. 1590 of the Civil Code). Meals not taken in half board accommodation will not be deducted or refunded.

Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. In the event of curtailment of stay, the stay will be billed in full.

Room availability

Rooms are available from 3.00 pm and must be vacated before 12 noon on the day of departure.

PETS

16 €/day, without food.

Visitors tax

1,10 € per adult (over 13 years old) per day.

PARKING

Long-term outdoor parking is not permitted but you will have ample time to settle in.
You should then leave your car in the covered car park (the Parking du Lac).
We advise you to reserve a covered parking space when you make your booking:
75 € per week.
