Votre bien être et votre sécurité sont notre priorité. Nos établissements respectent le protocole sanitaire préconisé par le gouvernement en s’adaptant à chaque nouvelle mesure. Nous limitons au maximum le contact entre les clients.
Les stations ont elles aussi pris les mesures nécessaires pour vous protéger et faire de votre séjour au ski un moment de plaisir, en toute sérénité.
Toute réservation devient effective après versement d’arrhes de 30% du séjour ou la totalité du séjour pour tout offre non annulable non remboursable. Le solde sera prélevé 14 jours avant l’arrivé.
Dans le cas d’arrhes versées elles seront déduites de la facture totale, si le séjour a été entièrement effectué (Article 1590 du code civil).
Les repas non pris au cours du séjour ne seront pas déduits mais facturés comme indiqué dans la réservation.
